1)How do I get my pics to upload so that when someone wants to click on the pic to blow it up they can? I have some fam members requesting I fix this and I don't know how!
2)How do I get that thing on my sidebar that tells me when my blog friends have written a new post?...Robin and I think Ambre....I noticed you have them...share your knowledge and hook a woman up with your blog skills!

To add the followers part on your side bar (people can then "follow" you more easily, and read your updates in Google Reader or something else)...
go to "customize" on the top of your blog page, then click add a gadget (which should be at the top of your mock sidebar), you should then see the gadget that says followers, click the plus sign to add it. Easy as that!
As far as the pictures, I am not sure. When you add a picture, what size do you have it set on? Mine automatically lets you click to enlarge. Hmmm...
so I just added the follower gadget and only one popped up. Does that mean that only one person follows my blog? If so, why am i blogging again?
